교회의 기도를 필요로 하는 것들이 많습니다. 아래에 열거된 기도 항목들은 성도들의 기도와 교회들의 기도에 초점을 제시해주고 또 그 기도들이 풍성하게 하는 도움을 주려는 것입니다. 이 기도 항목들은 제한하는 규정이 아니고 완전한 것도 아닙니다. 또한 율법적으로 채택해야 한다는 의미도 아닙니다. 결국 우리를 위하여, 우리 안에서, 우리를 통하여 하나님과 그분의 뜻에 따라 중보기도하시는 분은 그 영이십니다. 중보기도 하는 사람의 책임은 주님과 한 영이 되고 그리스도와 한 생각을 가지고 그 영의 숨이 불어넣어진 내적인 부담을 해방하는 것입니다.
성도들이 회개와 자백을 통해 하나님의 용서와 씻음을 체험함으로써 그들이 하나님을 경외하고 주님을 사랑하며 교회 생활 안에서 다른 이들과 건축될 수 있게 되며 생명나무이신 그리스도를 누릴 수 있도록 기도합시다. (느 9:17하, 시 32:1; 86:5; 130:4; 눅 7:47; 요일 1:7, 9; 사 1:18; 계 22:14).
더 읽기Pray that the Lord would shine on and cause the saints to confess their sinful nature, its defilements, its attachment to the contamination of the world, and its oldness, as well as their dispositional problems and their peculiarity in their character, so that they would deny their self, habit, and old way of doing things and have no more confidence in their self and no more trust in their natural ability (Psa. 51:5 and note 53; Rom. 7:18 and note 181; 8:13; Gal. 5:24; Phil. 3:3).
