Day 10: Prayer for the saints to set aside definite times to pray each day

祷告使圣徒每天划分固定时间，在祷告上坚定持续，而使所许的愿变得实际（但六10，诗五五17，徒十9及注1、注2）。

但六10—但以理知道这文书已经签署了，就到自己家里，（他楼上的窗户，开向耶路撒冷，）一日三次，双膝跪下，在他神面前祷告感谢，因他素常就是这样行。

诗五五17—我要在晚上、早晨、晌午，哀怨悲叹，祂必听我的声音。

Acts 10:9—And on the next day as they were journeying and drawing near to the city, Peter went up on the housetop to pray around the sixth hour.
