Day 10: Prayer for the saints to set aside definite times to pray each day

禱告使聖徒每天劃分固定時間，在禱告上堅定持續，而使所許的願變得實際（但六10，詩五五17，徒十9及註1、註2）。

但六10—但以理知道這文書已經簽署了，就到自己家裏，（他樓上的窗戶，開向耶路撒冷，）一日三次，雙膝跪下，在他神面前禱告感謝，因他素常就是這樣行。

詩五五17—我要在晚上、早晨、晌午，哀怨悲歎，祂必聽我的聲音。

Acts 10:9—And on the next day as they were journeying and drawing near to the city, Peter went up on the housetop to pray around the sixth hour.
