교회의 기도를 필요로 하는 것들이 많습니다. 아래에 열거된 기도 항목들은 성도들의 기도와 교회들의 기도에 초점을 제시해주고 또 그 기도들이 풍성하게 하는 도움을 주려는 것입니다. 이 기도 항목들은 제한하는 규정이 아니고 완전한 것도 아닙니다. 또한 율법적으로 채택해야 한다는 의미도 아닙니다. 결국 우리를 위하여, 우리 안에서, 우리를 통하여 하나님과 그분의 뜻에 따라 중보기도하시는 분은 그 영이십니다. 중보기도 하는 사람의 책임은 주님과 한 영이 되고 그리스도와 한 생각을 가지고 그 영의 숨이 불어넣어진 내적인 부담을 해방하는 것입니다.
Pray that the saints would learn to pray by the anointing in their spirit, according to the groaning of the indwelling Spirit, so that they would learn to be led by the Spirit in their prayer and not just pray according to the thoughts in their mind and what they can remember (Rom. 8:26-27; 영한동번 찬송가, #781, s. 2; 영한동번 찬송가 #779).
