Day 154: Prayer for the saints to be revived every morning and overcoming every day

Pray that by the Lord’s grace the saints would live a life of being revived every morning and overcoming every day (Psa. 119:146-148; Prov. 4:18; Lam. 3:22-25; Rom. 8:4, 37; Hymns, #877, s. 1 and chorus).

Psa. 119:146-148—I called upon You; save me, / And I will observe Your testimonies. / I anticipated the dawn and cried out; / I hoped in Your words. / My eyes anticipated the night watches, / That I might muse upon Your word.

Prov. 4:18—But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, / Which shines brighter and brighter until the full day.

Lam. 3:22-25—It is Jehovah’s lovingkindness that we are not consumed, / For His compassions do not fail; / They are new every morning; / Great is Your faithfulness. / Jehovah is my portion, says my soul; / Therefore I hope in Him. / Jehovah is good to those who wait on Him, / To the soul that seeks Him.

Rom. 8:4—That the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the spirit.

Rom. 8:37—But in all these things we more than conquer through Him who loved us.
