Day 125: Prayer for the saints to live a life of intimate fellowship with God in the Holy of Holies

Pray that the saints would be brought into a life of intimate fellowship with God in the Holy of Holies, with no distance between them and Him, so that they might enjoy God in Christ as the reality of the hidden manna, the budding rod, and the tablets of the covenant (Heb. 10:22; 9:2-4 and note 43; Rev. 2:17b; Phil. 3:10; Rom. 8:2).

Heb. 10:22—Let us come forward to the Holy of Holies with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water.

Heb. 9:2-4—For a tabernacle was prepared, the first, in which were the lampstand and the table and the loaves that were set forth, which is called the Holy Place; and after the second veil, a tabernacle, which is called the Holy of Holies, having a golden altar and the Ark of the Covenant covered about everywhere with gold, in which were the golden pot that had the manna and Aaron’s rod that budded and the tablets of the covenant.

Rev. 2:17b—To him who overcomes, to him I will give of the hidden manna, and to him I will give a white stone, and upon the stone a new name written, which no one knows except him who receives it.

Phil. 3:10—To know Him and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death.

Rom. 8:2—For the law of the Spirit of life has freed me in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and of death.
