Day 186: Prayer for the Lord to stir up the eternity in men’s hearts that they would desire to know God and His eternal purpose

Pray that God, who put eternity in man’s heart, would stir up this divinely implanted sense of a purpose in many so that they would desire to know God and His eternal purpose (Eccl. 3:11 and 11¹; Eph. 1:11; 3:11).

Eccl. 3:11—He has made everything beautiful in its own time; also He has put eternity in their heart, yet so that man does not find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.

Eph. 1:11—In whom also we were designated as an inheritance, having been predestinated according to the purpose of the One who works all things according to the counsel of His will.

Eph. 3:11—According to the eternal purpose which He made in Christ Jesus our Lord.
