许多事物都需要召会的祷告。以下所列的祷告事项，是为了帮助圣徒和召会的祷告，使其更加明确、丰富。这些事项绝不是为了限制或局限祷告，也不该当作规条来遵守。至终，乃是那灵照着神和祂的旨意，为着我们、在我们里面并借着我们代求。代求者的职责，在于与主成为一灵，与基督共有一个心思，好用那灵推动的发表，来释放内里的负担。为着当前的世界局势，让我们灵里刚强，在祷告上坚定持续。
祷告使圣徒学习并操练不断活在调和的灵里；这调和的灵是神生机拯救的秘诀，也是开启整个基督徒生活和召会生活的钥匙（林前十五45下，六17，罗八2，4，16）。
