祷告使圣徒学习实行排聚会，借着彼此问、互相答，达到成全圣徒的目的和目标（弗四12，西三16）。

弗四12—为要成全圣徒，目的是为着职事的工作，为着建造基督的身体，

西三16—当用各样的智慧，让基督的话丰丰富富的住在你们里面，用诗章、颂辞、灵歌，彼此教导，互相劝戒，心被恩感歌颂神；
