Day 267: Prayer for the saints to accept God’s ordination that they are priests of the gospel

Pray that the saints would accept God’s ordination that they, along with all His people, are priests in the New Testament priesthood and would declare in faith that they are New Testament priests of the gospel (Rev. 1:5b-6; Rom. 15:16 and note 16³; 1 Pet. 2:5, 9 and note 5⁸).

Ap. 1:5b-6—Al que nos ama, y nos liberó de nuestros pecados con Su sangre, e hizo de nosotros un reino, sacerdotes para Su Dios y Padre; a Él sea gloria e imperio por los siglos de los siglos. Amén.

Ro. 15:16—Para ser ministros de Cristo Jesús a los gentiles, un sacerdote que labora, sacerdote del evangelio de Dios, para que los gentiles sean ofrenda agradable, santificada por el Espíritu Santo.

1 Pet. 2:5, 9—You yourselves also, as living stones, are being built up as a spiritual house into a holy priesthood to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ…But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people acquired for a possession, so that you may tell out the virtues of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.
