Day 168: Prayer for the saints to be personally revived every morning
Pray that the saints would be deeply impressed with their need to be revived every morning and take the step to practice a personal morning revival with the Lord as the base for their daily vital living (Psa. 119:147; Prov. 4:18 and note 181; Lam. 3:22-24; Mark 1:35; Hab. 3:2b and note 21).
Psa. 119:147—I anticipated the dawn and cried out; / I hoped in Your words.
Prov. 4:18—But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, / Which shines brighter and brighter until the full day.
Lam. 3:22-24—It is Jehovah’s lovingkindness that we are not consumed, / For His compassions do not fail; / They are new every morning; / Great is Your faithfulness. / Jehovah is my portion, says my soul; / Therefore I hope in Him.
Mark 1:35—And rising very early in the morning, while it was still night, He went out and went away to a deserted place, and there He prayed.
Hab. 3:2b—O Jehovah, revive Your work / In the midst of the years; / In the midst of the years make it known.
