Prayer for the saints prayer to be sustained by the kingship—by their obedience to the Lord’s inner ruling
Pray for the saints’ prayer to be sustained to fight with Amalek, the flesh, by the help of “Hur,” the kingship, by their obedience to the Lord’s ruling within (Exo. 17:12-13; Phil. 2:12-13).
Exo. 17:12-13—But Moses’ hands were heavy, so they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it; and Aaron and Hur supported his hands, one on one side and one on the other side. So his hands were steady until the going down of the sun. And Joshua defeated Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword.
Phil. 2:12-13—So then, my beloved, even as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only but now much rather in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who operates in you both the willing and the working for His good pleasure.
