Pray that the saints would realize that the preaching of the gospel, which delivers men out of the power and kingdom of Satan, is a spiritual warfare (Josh. 6:1-5; Acts 26:18; 2 Tim. 2:3).
Josh. 6:1-5—Now Jericho was shut up so tight because of the children of Israel that no one went out and no one went in. And Jehovah said to Joshua, See, I have given Jericho and its king and the mighty men of valor into your hand. And you shall circle the city, all the men of war, going around the city one time. Thus shall you do for six days. And seven priests shall carry seven trumpets of rams’ horns before the Ark. Then on the seventh day you shall circle the city seven times, and the priests shall blow the trumpets. And when they give off the blast of the ram’s horn and you hear the trumpet sound, all the people shall shout with a great shout. And the wall of the city will fall down flat, and the people shall go up, each straight ahead.
Acts 26:18—To open their eyes, to turn them from darkness to light and from the authority of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who have been sanctified by faith in Me.
2 Tim. 2:3—Suffer evil with me as a good soldier of Christ Jesus.
