Day 272: Prayer for the saints to see the purpose of their gospel priesthood, make a vow to the Lord, and practice the best way to labor

Pray that the saints would see the purpose of their gospel priesthood, make a vow to the Lord, and practice the best way to labor (1 Pet. 2:5 and note 5⁴; Lev. 27:1-2; Num. 6:2 and notes 2¹ and 2²).

1 Pet. 2:5—You yourselves also, as living stones, are being built up as a spiritual house into a holy priesthood to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

Lev. 27:1-2—Then Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying, Speak to the children of Israel and say to them, When a man makes a special vow to Jehovah, it shall be according to your valuation of persons.

Num. 6:2—Speak to the children of Israel and say to them, When a man or a woman makes a special vow, the vow of a Nazarite, to separate himself to Jehovah.
