Day 150: Prayer for the saints to experience the filling of the Spirit inwardly (3)
Pray that the saints would experience the filling of the Spirit inwardly by applying their co-death with Christ on the cross, consecrating themselves to the Lord completely, and believing in the inward filling (Gal. 5:17, 24 and note 242; Psa. 110:3 and note 32; Rom. 12:1; hymn from Life Lessons, lsn. 20).
Gal. 5:17, 24—For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; for these oppose each other that you would not do the things that you desire…But they who are of Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and its lusts.
Psa. 110:3—Your people will offer themselves willingly / In the day of Your warfare, / In the splendor of their consecration. / Your young men will be to You / Like the dew from the womb of the dawn.
Rom. 12:1—I exhort you therefore, brothers, through the compassions of God to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, well pleasing to God, which is your reasonable service.
