Day 105: Prayer for the saints to be uplifted in their appreciation of calling on the name of the Lord
Pray that the saints would be uplifted in their appreciation of calling on the name of the Lord—crying out to Him audibly—and would practice calling as their spiritual breathing (Lam. 3:55-57; Psa. 119:147; 2 Sam. 22:7, Hymns, #73).
Lam. 3:55-57—I called upon Your name, O Jehovah, / From the lowest pit. / You have heard my voice; do not hide / Your ear at my breathing, at my cry. / You drew near in the day that I called upon You; / You said, Do not fear.
Psa. 119:147—I anticipated the dawn and cried out; / I hoped in Your words.
2 Sam. 22:7—In my distress I called upon Jehovah / And called to my God. / And He heard my voice from His temple, / And my cry came to His ears.
