Day 100: Prayer for the saints to see the true meaning of repentance and to experience genuine repentance for the kingdom of God
Pray for the saints to experience the shining of God’s light that they may see the true meaning of repentance and may experience genuine repentance unto God for the kingdom of God (Matt. 3:1-2 and note 21; Acts 11:18; 20:21; 26:20; Rom. 2:4).
Matt. 3:1-2—Now in those days John the Baptist appeared, preaching in the wilderness of Judea and saying, Repent, for the kingdom of the heavens has drawn near.
Acts 11:18—And when they heard these things, they became silent and glorified God, saying, Then to the Gentiles also God has given repentance unto life.
Acts 20:21—Solemnly testifying both to Jews and to Greeks repentance unto God and faith in our Lord Jesus.
Acts 26:20—But [Paul] declared both to those in Damascus first and in Jerusalem and throughout all the country of Judea and to the Gentiles that they should repent and turn to God, doing works worthy of repentance.
Rom. 2:4—Or do you despise the riches of His kindness and forbearance and long-suffering, not knowing that God’s kindness is leading you to repentance?
