Day 15: Prayer for the saints to realize that the accomplishment of God’s purpose requires them to meet with Him in their spirit and at the altar

Pray that the saints would realize that God’s desire to accomplish His purpose on earth by mingling Himself with man requires His people to meet with Him at the place where God meets with man, which is both man’s spirit and the place of sacrifice, the place of burning—the altar (Matt. 6:10; Rev. 21:2a; John 4:24; Lev. 1:7-9).

Matt. 6:10—Your kingdom come; Your will be done, as in heaven, so also on earth.

Rev. 21:2a—And I saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God.

John 4:24—God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truthfulness.

Lev. 1:7-9—And the sons of Aaron the priest shall put fire on the altar and arrange the wood in order on the fire. Then Aaron’s sons the priests shall arrange the pieces, the head, and the fat in order on the wood that is on the fire which is on the altar; but its inward parts and its legs he shall wash with water. Then the priest shall burn the whole on the altar, as a burnt offering, an offering by fire, a satisfying fragrance to Jehovah.
