Day 204: Prayer for the saints to abide in the Lord that they may preach the gospel by imparting life to others

Pray that the saints would practice to abide in the Lord in order that they may preach the gospel by imparting life to others (John 15:4-5; cf. 1 John 5:16a; Hymns, #925, stanzas 1-3).

John 15:4-5—Abide in Me and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine, so neither can you unless you abide in Me. I am the vine; you are the branches. He who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit; for apart from Me you can do nothing.

1 John 5:16a—If anyone sees his brother sinning a sin not unto death, he shall ask and he will give life to him.
