Day 198: Prayer for the saints to receive the poured-out Spirit as the power of the gospel

Pray that the saints would receive the poured-out Spirit as the power to proclaim the gospel and that they would be released in their preaching so that the essential Spirit within and the economical Spirit without would come forth  (Luke 4:18-19; 24:47-49; Acts 1:8).

Luke 4:18-19—“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to announce the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to proclaim release to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind, to send away in release those who are oppressed, to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, the year of jubilee.”

Luke 24:47-49—And that repentance for forgiveness of sins would be proclaimed in His name to all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem. You are witnesses of these things. And behold, I send forth the promise of My Father upon you; but as for you, stay in the city until you put on power from on high.

Acts 1:8—But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
